Whole Bean & Ground Coffee – Coffee is perishable and as such we are unable to accept returns on coffee. But don’t worry—we’re here to help! If there was an error with your order or if it was damaged en route, please contact us at support@whalebay.coffee within 30 days of your purchase. If you were dissatisfied with your coffee, our Customer Care team will help you track down your soon-to-be favorites.
